Waltzingmouse Stamps St. Patrick's Day Waltz!

This month's theme for the waltz is St. Patrick's Day or Irish Culture. However, the theme for my blogging lately is "by the skin of my teeth" which is what this is! I decided last minute to play along with the Waltz this month! So, here's my card! A simple one layer card inspired by one from Emily's blog
