Spring...in Montana!

Welcome to my entry for the Waltzingmouse Blog Party!  

This month's theme is spring. I took some liberties with the term "spring." For me spring is bare mountains and green fields. Sure, there could be wildflowers, but they usually don't show up until summer. For me, spring still has a chill in the air, and the threat of snow. There aren't quite flowers yet. :) Enough rambling, here's my card:

    Yep I'm with you Stephanie, Spring always carries a hit of frost here too!! I love that you used the cottage, it looks like a little prairie house wit the blue skies and misty mountains!! and i like the little twine wrap with the buttons!! fabby detail!!     I can just imagine the greens of Ireland...
    though there's probably quite a bit in Montana ;)

    A great realistic take on spring. I have visited Montana and understand your inspiration. The quote is lovely and I think the bg layer echoes the thatching mentioned.
